Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. We do not yet ship to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or outside the UK. If you are outside our delivery area, please contact us at accounts@fleeta.co.uk and we will let you know when that changes.

Delivery cost

Standard delivery is £4.00 per order, however many items you buy. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Who sends your order

Crispberry is the retailer and your contract is with Fleeta Limited. Our freeze-dried and dried fruit is packed and dispatched directly by our supplier, Rough & Ready Whole Foods in Newhaven, East Sussex, so your parcel will carry their packaging and labels.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are normally dispatched within 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Standard delivery in Great Britain usually takes a further 2 to 4 working days. These times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will email you when your order has been dispatched.

Delays and problems

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, email accounts@fleeta.co.uk with your order number (it starts with CB-) and we will chase it or send a replacement. If a parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We cannot change the address once an order has been dispatched, and we cannot refund orders that are lost because the address given was incomplete or incorrect.
